5. How will I be getting the links for these sessions?

6. Will I be provided with the recorded session?

Ans: After the live sessions recorded sessions will be provided.

7. Can I make payments through my credit card?

Ans: Presently our payment gate might not support all the credit cards. However, if you are facing any kind of error, you may reach out to our team at the customer support number.

8. What all things should I follow while filling up the details at the time of purchase?

Ans: Make sure your name is correct as that on your official documents like Aadhar Card or Passport (the same will be printed on the certificates), Your address should be complete as the dispatch team have to send you your books, certificates etc.

10. On which app the ONLINE classes will be conducted?

Ans: ONLINE classes will be conducted on ZOOM meeting. You may pre install it before the class start date and timings to avoid any delay to attend your ONLINE sessions.

11. Will I be getting hardcopies of my books and certificates? Can it be Shipped Outside India?

Ans:
• Yes, we will be shipping your books and certificates on your registered shipping address that you have filled at the time of your registration.
• Yes, but you have to pay for the shipping charge. However, you can download the e-books from your student login ID and e-certificates from our website. If you have any local contacts in India, we can get your books and certificates hard copies dispatched for free of cost.

12. When are the exams conducted? What is the mode of this examination?

Ans: Exams are conducted after two one week post the completion of your course. These details are shared from the operations team on your number. The examination is conducted ONLINE and is for 1 hour and they are MCQ question. The examination link gets active 15 minutes before the start of examination. The entire details are shared by the operations team for better understanding and information. Minimum passing marks are 40%.

13. Will I be getting e-certificate or hard copy of my certificate?

Ans: Soon after the examination e-certificates will be updated and the same information will be shared with you by the team within 10-15 working days. Once you have verified the details with no further changes (name spellings etc.) the hard copies will be shipped and it take 15-20 days to receive the hard copies of the certificate.
